The Myth of Analysis is a good overview, but it is also represents an earlier phase in his thinking and is rather technical; Re-Visioning Psychology is one of the best starting points; The Soul's Code is his most popular and accessible work. He had a prolific output, so there's enough to keep you busy for a long time.
